CHEMPACK in Sonoma County

Course Description
CHEMPACK refers both to the federal program that places chemical agent antidotes in local facilities for quick use during an emergency, and to the antidotes and the supplies themselves. This course orients participants to the CHEMPACK program and to how this new medical resource is used in Sonoma County.
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Describe the CHEMPACK programs origin and purpose.
- Name those Sonoma County officials with authority to deploy the CHEMPACK.
- Name the Sonoma County location of the CHEMPACK storage site and describe how CHEMPACK resources are moved to an incident site.
