Course Description
This training discusses the dynamics of a world wide flu outbreak. This half-day, scenario-based workshop for local stakeholders and regional partners will focus on topics related to an outbreak of pandemic influenza in Sonoma County, including presentations on Emerging Infectious Diseases, Early Detection and Surveillance, Incident Command and Management, Laboratory Systems and Public Health Law. The Public Health Law section features discussion about the implications of isolation and quarantine.
